We really miss having chickens. They would have happily gobbled this all up for us. I wouldn’t have told them that these veggies went in chicken pie, though.

      Aah thanks for the comment! For the crumble we roasted diced squash with some onion and a little paprika (sometimes cumin, sometimes sage) then made a basic crumble topping of diced cold butter with plain flour (sometimes wholemeal) and oats, maybe 50g of each? I just make it up I’m afraid!
      Sprinkle on top and bake for about 35 minutes. If I have any I sometimes add cheese on top of the squash before baking – goat, marscapone, feta…Yum!xoxo
