My bread flour selection

Nothing for customs officials to worry about.

I’ve been getting organised with my baking, and these are my current supplies.¬†From left to right:

  • White bread flour (T55)
  • Grey flour (T110)
  • Wholemeal (T180)
  • Rye (T110)

My starter lives in the pink box.

Shake out.
